Wonky Mugs: these are sold at a lower price because of their quirks. They are non‑refundable unless they arrive unusable (for example, cracked or genuinely not fit for purpose).
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours with a few photos so I can put things right. I’ll handle everything with Royal Mail and make sure you’re looked after.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 days once the item has been received and checked.
