Most pieces are handmade and made to order, which means each one is unique. Small variations in size, glaze and finish are part of the making process and are not considered faults. Because of this, returns or refunds are unavailable for change of mind.

If you’ve bought an in‑stock item, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days as long as it’s unused and packaged safely for the journey back. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 48 hours with a few photos so I can put things right. I’ll handle everything with Royal Mail and make sure you’re looked after.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 days once the item has been received and checked.
